Russell is responsible for the overall companies’ growth and development, P&L performance and mentors the senior management team to deliver the best possible results in conjunction with the company strategy.

Richard contributes a wealth of experience in corporate and business growth to help steer Pharos’ strategy.

With over a decade of cross-sector financial expertise, Greg drives financial strategy and growth at Pharos.

Jamie leads our operations and projects to achieve onshore and offshore activities seamlessly, and takes full responsibility for our offshore teams and clients to ensure successful outcomes are achieved.

Ed leads the sales team, manages client accounts and responsible for all front end business functions including forming relationships with our valued partners.

Chris is Pharos’ technical authority and mentors the team supporting our asset portfolio and stakeholders, he is also responsible for our skilled workshop employees who maintain our equipment. 

Steve is responsible for all business opportunities specifically in the Asia Pacific region.

Andy is responsible for the tender and proposal requirements within the business and works closely with clients to ensure their needs are understood.

Vicky coordinates and manages our ever expanding offshore team who are based internationally.

John is responsible for managing our supply chain and all logistics related activities.

Julie oversees our onshore working environment and supports internal stakeholders with ensuring we achieve our goals.

Matt is responsible for managing our subsea equipment portfolio, ensuring reliability and availability for projects and supports with the strategic integration of asset upgrades and and new assets to our fleet.

Lee supports our inhouse engineering capabilities as a SolidWorks certified professional, to model and produce a range of technical drawings across all functions of the organisation.

Rod oversees the marketing and sales activities of the company including social media, branding, the website, events, and PR.

George brings his experience and skills to further develop our existing processes and procedures, with a goal to incorporate the true benefits of management systems for continuous development. This will support the growth of Pharos Offshore Group, driving QHSE at the forefront of the business.
